Terms and Conditions

1. The customer is obliged to read the content of the regulations.
2. We reserve the copyrights to photos, designs and tattoos taken.
3. There is a total ban on smoking in the Studio and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and other stimulants.
4. In the Studio it is strictly forbidden to touch the objects used to make a tattoo and auxiliary materials. Failure to follow the recommendations may result in permanent health loss.
5. In the Studio, the tattoo artist’s workstation is the artist’s individual workplace, so it is forbidden to place private items on tattooists’ desks. 6. All prices are set individually. A full-day session lasts about 6 hours.
6. Booking the date of making a tattoo takes place in person at the studio. When booking, the Customer is obliged to make an advance payment of PLN 100-400. It is included in the price of the tattoo. Reservations can also be made by phone and the advance payment can be made to the account by bank transfer. Booking an appointment not confirmed by an advance payment is not binding for us. The advance payment is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
7. The interested person has the right to come to the studio for consultation before the agreed date of the tattoo. Consultations are aimed at determining the pattern, layout plan, size, color, selection of other tattoo elements and preparation for the procedure.
8. We prepare designs at the earliest 2 days before the agreed date of the tattoo or, in the case of small projects, immediately before the tattoo.
9. Failure to arrive within the prescribed period or failure to notify about resignation for min. 3 business days before the date of the tattoo is tantamount to the loss of the advance payment.
10. We only perform treatments for adults.
11. We do not perform treatments for people who are under the influence of alcohol and intoxicants.
12. We are not responsible for the way dyes behave on the body.
13. After the treatment, we inform you about the rules of tattoo care both during healing and in later years. Information on pre- and post-tattoo recommendations is also available in the Information Book for inspection on site.
14. We are not responsible for not following the care rules after the treatment.
15. We are not responsible for any skin changes that may occur after the treatment.
16. We may refuse to make a tattoo if we believe that the treatment is dangerous to our health or the tattoo design is inconsistent with our views. 18. We may refuse to get a tattoo without giving a specific reason.
17. We can stop the treatment if the client’s well-being is deteriorating or there are changes in the skin structure.
18. On the day of the surgery, please do not bring small children. When coming to get a tattoo, please bring no more than one accompanying person. Only the tattooer and the tattooed person may stay in the treatment room.
19. ANIMALS IS FULLY PROHIBITED IN THE STUDIO.
20. The tattooing process is irreversible. Please consider carefully before proceeding with the procedure.
